Every year a scholarship is awarded to one 8th grade girl. This scholarship was created by Richard and Barbara Bush upon the passing of their daughter, Jenny, to help families in need of tuition assistance for Lumen Christi Catholic School. (known as "Planned Gifts") are given to this fund, but outright gifts of cash or check can also be received. Typically bequests, charitable remainder trusts, etc. This fund supports the future of the school and all of its programs. Lumen Christi Catholic School Endowment Fund In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Milwaukee Rescue Mission. Private family burial in the church cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Lumen Christi Lumen School. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Saturday, Octoat 1pm at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2750 W. She will be laid to rest at Calvary Cemetery in Fond du Lac, WI. The family will receive visitors at the church from 12 noon until services at 1PM. Contributions to the Annual Fund help keep Catholic education accessible. A Memorial Mass will be held at 1PM on Saturday, July 10th, at Lumen Christi Catholic Church, 2750 W. It is a key source of support designed to advance our Catholic mission and strengthen our academic programs. If you prefer your rebates to go to our Parent. Before joining Lumen Christi, she taught 4K for six years at a Catholic school in Milwaukee. Each retailer offers a specific percentage rebate, this rebate will then be given to Lumen Christi and credited for your school tuition. We hope we can count on your support of our Annual Fund. Kwon graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 2016 with a degree in Early Childhood Education and English as a second language. We are blessed to have you as a part of it. As we continue to aspire to excellence in all aspects of school life, it has been our strong Catholic faith that has cultivated our incredible community. Our school is experiencing one of its highest enrollments in nearly a decade. This fall, we are blessed to have 350 students from nearly 200 families in our school. Although a lot has changed since then, at Lumen Christi, we have stayed committed to our mission and lead our children through their educational and faith experiences to become their BEST POSSIBLE SELVES. It has been just over 20 months since our students and teachers embarked on a virtual adventure of teaching and learning.
